The Fairmont Queen Elizabeth

We all need time away from home even if it's just for a night or two! The Fairmont Queen Elizabeth is just right for that! Only 2 hours away from Ottawa, it's easy to get to and conveniently located!

There are a variety of rooms. This time we got a non renovated king room. The only difference between a renovated room and a non is that the old ones haven't been updated. The renoed rooms are smaller but the bathrooms are the same! So this time we chose the larger king room. Not sure if the tv would have been better with the smaller/renoed room but I'll find out next time ;)

We had brunch at the Montrealais and it was excellent! The food and service were absolutely amazing. We attempted to order a late night snack and it didn't work out! I wouldn't order it again unless I had no choice.

Montreal is one of my favorite cities and the queen Elizabeth is a great place to stay if you want to be central and close to a variety of things. The concierge is absolutely great and will happily help you with pretty much any request. I've had the pleasure of staying here a few times and I'm sure to be back.
